Facilities within the community include a large shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, volleyball court and a putting green. There is also a club house, internet cafe and a play area for the younger guests.

Each of the homes are beautifully furnished and provided with a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine and ironing facilities. There is also a spacious living room and dining area. Further facilities include air conditioning, heating, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a radio. Each of the homes has its own private swimming pool with 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs.

Homes are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. All private homes and apartments are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

Special Information

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The accommodation is situated in a good position close to many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. Walt Disney World is just a few km away. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 500m to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
