Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar. The complex also features WiFi internet access.

The complex consists of 40 units on two floors, all of which overlook the pool area and are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom and satellite TV (payable locally).
