The hotel offers guests a lake style swimming pool with children's section, a club house (sunbeds, parasols and free towel service), watersports (at the beach, local charge), children's playground, adventure park (with zip line, climbing wall and super jumper) and the hotel has a supermarket. There is an extensive day and evening entertainment provided for the summer season (from 1st May).

For children the hotel offers various clubs and these are Baby Rock Club (0 to 4 years), Barn Club (5 to 8 years), Roca Sport Club (9 to 13 years) and a Cool Club (for 14 to 17 years)

The hotel offers a buffet style restaurant with show cooking and an Italian corner and this is open for breakfast (8 am to 10.30 am), lunch (1 pm to 3 pm) and dinner (6 pm to 10pm). In addition there is a buffet style theme restaurant, Betty's kitchen, which is open from 1st May. For children, there is the themed Cafeteria, Brontobuger, that has special children's meals from 1st May and the pool bar is open for the summer season. The lounge bar has daily specials.
