The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, laundry facilities and internet access.

The hotel offers an outdoor adults and children pool with sunbeds, heated indoor pool (November to April), gymnasium, sauna, solarium (local charge), massage, jacuzzi (free of charge), table tennis, tennis court (local charge), billiards (local charge) and children's clubs (May to October only).

Also offered is an all day sports programme and evening entertainment programme. There is a diving school (PADI) available during the high season. The hotel offers a non smoking restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style), a bar, pool bar, pool snack bar and a beach bar (high season only).

For children there is Flintstones Land. This is a new way of children spending a fun packed activity holiday with their favourite cartoon characters. Children join the Flintstones family on arrival at the hotel and receive a gift at the Yabba Dabba Doo Bazaar (Flintstones gift shop) and they sign up for the children's club for their age group. There is the Baby Rock Club for children from 4 months to 4 years of age, the BamBam Club for 5 to 8 years old and the Cool Club for youngsters 9 to 13 years. All the clubs offer great activities. Included in the Clubs are fantastic adventure activities and wonderful workshops all at a reasonable price. At lunchtime, children receive tasty food such as Bronto Burgers, chicken wings, pizzas, ice creams and more. At night time children can enjoy their evening meals at the Flintstones themed restaurant, Betty's Kitchen.

The hotel comprises of two buildings (the Antillas with 319 double rooms and 20 family rooms and the Barbados with 428 rooms). All rooms feature a full bathroom, terrace, satellite TV, air conditioning (May to October) and heating (November to April) and direct dial telephone.

The hotel is located approx 15 km from the Santa Ponsa Golf Club and 2.5 km from Poniente golf course. The resort centre is approx 500 metres away with a great selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment. The beach is a stones throw away with loungers and parasols available to hire.

Palma Majorca Airport is approx 29 km from the resort of Magalluf.
