In the gardens is a outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols as well as a poolside snack bar.

There is no restaurant at this complex however there is a selection of bars, shops, cafes and restaurants nearby to suite all tastes and budgets.

There are 30 studios and one-bedroom apartments spread over 2 floors (no lift).

All studios feature combined living and sleeping area, private bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, direct dial telephone, WiFi internet access (local charge), hire safe and a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, hob, microwave and fridge.

One bedroom apartment have a separate bedroom and living area with sofa bed.

The complex is located just outside Ayia Napa on the road to Cape Greco. The main square is around 1.8km away and the beach is approximately 500 metres away. The local bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance allowing easy access to exploring the area, a regular bus service is available with a small charge for visits to Larnaca Town or Nicosia the capital.

Larnaca Airport is approximately 45km away.
