There are many facilities at the hotel including 5 bars, 3 restaurants, conference facilities, gift shop, video games area, swimming pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, massage, beauty salon, fitness centre, children's playground, children's clubs for babies right through to 12 year olds, tennis, volleyball and entertainment programme. There are a few different types of rooms and suites available, all beautifully furnished and well equipped with private bathroom with separate bath and shower, minibar, safety deposit box, radio, Sat TV, telephone, air conditioning and balcony.

The hotel is situated on a quiet beach and is only 20 minutes from Ao Nang beach. The airport can be found 25 minutes from the hotel.
