The hotel offers spacious public areas with 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, internet corner (local fee), indoor and outdoor lounges, laundry service (local fee), mini market, shops and medical centre. A casino and nightclub also features.

Meals can be taken in the buffet restaurant, beach restaurant with panoramic sea views (buffet lunch and themed evening meals), Giardinetto gourmet restaurant (supplement payable) or enjoy refreshments and drinks at either the snack-bar or five bars.

There are two magnificent swimming pools with beach-type access and two separate children's pools which are surrounded by sun terraces with parasols and sun beds.

Children can be kept entertained at the kids club (ages 4-12 years) and there is also a games area.

Sporting activities include table tennis, darts, beach volleyball, beach football, archery, use of a fitness room, mini driving range, tennis courts (floodlit for a fee), tennis and there is a range of watersports available at the beach. Motorised watersports and scuba diving are also available at the beach, payable locally.

A Spa offers a range of relaxing beauty and massage treatments.

A daytime and evening entertainment programme is also provided.

The hotel has 389 rooms, comprising 364 junior suites, 20 twin rooms and 5 suites with whirlpool which were spread over a number of three storey buildings.

All the junior suites have a lounge area with sofa bed, plus the main bedroom with 2 full sized beds, their own independent air conditioning system, ceiling fan, private bath with hairdryer, telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box (payable) and balcony. The twin rooms have the same facilities, except the lounge area. The 5 suites are equipped with a whirlpool, lounge area and king size bed.

Standard rooms sleep either 2 adults and 2 children in two double beds or up to 3 adults and no not have a separate living area.
