Guests are welcomed via the foyer with a 24 hour reception desk, a currency exchange as well as a shopping arcade with shops and hairdressers. A room and laundry service, medical assistance, hairdresser and there is a car park for those arriving by car. There is also a casino and nightclub.

Guests can dine in the main buffet restaurant or one of the a la carte restaurants offering themed dining options. There is also a snack bar and a choice of bars which are scattered around the resort.

The two inviting swimming pools are the perfect place for a swim and these are surrounded by sun terraces decked with sun loungers and parasols. For kids there are separate childrens pools.

Sporting activities include four tennis courts, a mini driving range, archery, rifle shooting, beach football and volleyball, table tennis and darts. On the beach there is a selection of non motorised water sports including windsurfing, kayaks, canoes and catamaran sailing. Motorised watersports and scuba diving is available also, payable locally.

A relaxing Spa offers a whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, jet shower and wet zone as well as a full range of massage and beauty treatments.

There is a varied programme of daytime and evening activities including night time shows and entertainment.

For children there is a kids' club (multi-lingual supervision for children aged 4-12 years old) and a playground.

Please note some facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sirenis Tropical Suites Casino and Spa.

There are a total of 427 rooms which are spread over a number of buildings spread throughout the garden area.

All rooms are comfortably furnished and feature private bathroom, air conditioning, fan, safe, mini bar, TV and telephone. Some facilities may incur a local charge.
