The hotel is situated 10 km from Kemer and 60 km from Antalya City centre.

The hotel offers 3 adult pools, 3 children's pools, indoor pool, sauna, fitness centre, playing cards, darts, internet connection, pool tables, basketball, table tennis, 7 tennis courts and live music. There is an open buffet restaurant (serves breakfast and dinner), a lounge bar (serves tea and cookies) and an a la carte restaurant (serves lunch). The hotel offers reception, laundry service, massage, telefax and a business centre.

All of the standard rooms have twin beds or a French bed (36 metres in size) and deluxe suites have 1 bedroom, bath/WC, and a living room (72 metres in size). All benefit from central air conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, computer connection, minibar, safety deposit box, hairdryer and luxurious private bathroom.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the Palm restaurant. There are also three a la carte restaurants available for All Inclusive guests for dinner (prior reservation). There are Ocakbasi (Turkish kebab and grill specialities, once a week), Fish (seafood specialities, three times a week) and La Piazzeta (Italian cuisine, twice a week). Snacks are available at the snack bar between 12.30 pm and 4 pm and 11.30 pm and 12.30 pm and afternoon tea with cookies is available at the lounge bar between 4 pm and 5 pm. Ice cream is offered from 2 pm to 5 pm. All Inclusive drinks include all locally produced and selected imported drinks such as gin, whisky, brandy, Martini, Bacardi, Campari, tequila, vodka, etc and they are served at the beach bar (plus soft drinks and beer), the lounge bar (plus imported drinks) and at the pool bar. In room mini bars are refilled with soft drinks and 2 litres of water every two days.

The All Inclusive sports include sauna, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool (open in winter), water slides, daytime animation, boccia, mini club for children (4 to 12 years, 10 am to 5 pm daily).
