The complex offers modern twin and double bedded studios for 2 to 3 people and twin bedded apartments for up to 4 people (all extra beds are sofa beds). All rooms have a safety deposit box and air-conditioning (both payable locally), private bathroom, kitchenette, telephone, balcony or patio, (some of which are shared).

The complex is located approx 20 minutes from the centre of Malia with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment. The beach is a stones throw away with loungers and parasols to hire.
