Facilities include a 24-hour reception, lifts, a cafe, a number of shops, a hairdressers, a number of bars (one of which is a piano bar), a nightclub, a main restaurant and a la carte restaurant (each with air-conditioning and non-smoking areas), a conference room and an Internet terminal (additional fees apply). Room and laundry service, medical assistance, car parking facilities, a garage as well as a kid's club (4-12 year olds) and a children's play area are also all available to guests.

The hotel provides a large pool area (around 1400 m²) with separate children's paddling areas, water slides, a poolside snack bar, Jacuzzi, as well as sun loungers and parasols (pool towels included). Guests may also make use of the indoor pool, sauna, solarium, steam room, massage service and gym (extra charges apply). In addition, guests may choose from tennis (2 courts with floodlights at an additional cost), table tennis, aerobics, archery, beach volleyball and basketball for entertainment. An additional fee also applies to those wishing to make use of the snooker table, rent bicycles or choose from one of the water sports on offer locally. The hotel also offers an entertainment programme including shows and live-music for further leisure activities.

The rooms contain a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV (with a music channel), Internet access, a fridge/minibar, central heating, a safe, air-conditioning as well as a balcony.

The complex is 3 km far from the centre of Belek and approximately 35 km from the airport of Antalya.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive package consists of buffet style meals served in the main restaurant, breakfast 07:00-10:00, late breakfast 10:00-11:00, lunch 12:30-14:00 and dinner 19:00-21:30. Dinner may also be taken in the a la carte restaurant prior to reservation. Snacks are available in the Aqua snack bar 14:00-16:30 & 24:00-08:00 and the main restaurant 23:30-24:15, as well as afternoon tea in the Aqua snack bar 17:00-17:30. Local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available in all restaurants and bars (except Havana Club), Lobby Bar 09:00-24:00, Citrus Bar 10:00-18:00 and Caretta Beach Bar 10:00-18:00.

All Inclusive leisure facilities consists of aerobics, animation programme, archery, basketball, beach volleyball, darts, Jacuzzi, mini club, mini football, sauna, table tennis, tennis court during the day and towels for the swimming pool.
