The hotel consists of 20 studios (twin beds) and 10 two-bedroom apartments (for four persons) in two neighbouring two floor buildings with lifts.

All rooms are provided with balcony/terrace, kitchenette with two electric rings, fridge, kettle and toaster, air conditioning (local charge), satellite TV (with 2 two internal surveillance channels trained on water-slides and playground), direct dial telephone, hairdryer and shower room.
