The facilities provided for guest includes a 24 hour reception, concierge service, wedding services, business services, car rental, laundry and room service (local fees) and parking (local fee).

The hotel offers a lagoon swimming pool, jacuzzi, waterfalls and sun terraces with loungers, spa centre offering a variety of treatments and services, tennis courts, boat rentals, dive centre with scuba diving and snorkelling lessons, beach access and live entertainment.

For the younger guests there is a children's paddling pool and activities programme. Baby sitting service is also available upon request.

The airport is approximately 26 km away.
