Sesin Hotel is located in the central part of Marmaris approximately 50 metres from the beach where guests will find a wide selection of watersports available. There is a dolmus (public bus) stop a few metres from the hotel with regular mini-bus service to Marmaris centre 1.5 km away,

There are 3 bars in the hotel; lobby bar, snack bar, and pool bar, indoor and outdoor dining including a-la-carte dining, and a cafeteria. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, childrens pool, childrens playground, fitness centre, and table tennis. Sauna, massage, billiards, and air-hockey are also available at extra cost.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished, featuring air-conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, bathroom with bath and shower, hairdryer, minibar, electronic safe box, and a balcony with table and chairs. Baby cots are available on request.

All-inclusive programme offers buffet breakfast 7.30-10am, late breakfast 10-11am with coffee, tea and cookies, buffet lunch and snacks 12.30-3pm, tea/coffee break and cookies 5-6pm, buffet dinner 8-10pm. Local Raki, vodka, gin, beer, and wine are all available on the all-inclusive programme from 10am-11.30pm as well as cola, Fanta, Sprite, mineral water, tonic water, tea coffee, milk, fruit juices, and fruit cocktails. Table tennis, fitness centre and sauna are also included.
