The facilities available at Seren Apartments include a swimming pool, children's swimming pool and playground, sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, poolside bar/snack bar and games area with table tennis, billiards and darts(payable locally).
There is a reception with money exchange, room service, Internet access and laundry facilities. There is also a restaurant and during high season there is occasional BBQs and Turkish nights (payable locally).

At Seren Apartments there are 32 one bedroom apartments. In each apartment there is one bedroom with twin beds and 2 sofa beds in the living area. These apartments sleep up to 4 people. They all have a bathroom with shower or bathtub and WC, hair dryer, kitchenette, kettle, fridge, direct dial telephone, satellite or cable TV, safety deposit box (upon request payable locally), air conditioning (subject to charge and availability) and room service.
Baby cots are available upon request and are free of charge. Each room will have a balcony or a terrace. Some of the apartments on the top floor do have a sloping roof.
