Facilities include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, safety deposit box and internet access (fees apply). Additionally there is a lift, tour assistance, games room, on-site Disney shop and parking.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast each morning before the park opens. Other dining options include an american Grill restaurant and bar/lounge. Kids menus are available and meet and greet with the Disney characters is available (booking required and extra fees apply).

After a hard day at the park, guests can relax at the indoor or outdoor swimming pool which features waterfalls and a slide. There is also a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, massage service and fitness room. For the younger guests there is also childrens corner.

Please note the swimming pool is open 3pm-10pm. The outdoor swimming pool is open depending on weather conditions.

The hotel consists of 1011 rooms and suites. Standard rooms are situated in the lodges and feature ensuite bathroom, telephone, air conditioning and satellite TV.

Montana rooms are in the main building and all feature air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and satellite TV with Disney channel. In addition there is direct dial telephone, mini bar and in room safe. Complimentary toiletries also come as standard.

Rooms are available for guests in wheelchairs.

The hotel faces Lake Disney and is a ten minute walk or a five minute free shuttle service to the Disney Parks and Disney Village.

Disneyland Paris area is approx 42km from CDG Paris Airport and approx 52km from Orly Airport.
