The complex offers outdoor swimming pool, pool bar, beach bar, children's pool, indoor pool (heated), mini club (ages 4-12), 2 tennis courts, children's playground, volleyball, table tennis, darts, bowling, aerobics, aqua gymnastics, water polo, beach football, water skiing, wind surfing, para sailing and banana boats.

There is a health centre with sauna, massage, Turkish bath and fitness room (extra charges apply). The entertainment team provides a day and evening programme that consists of games, competitions, karaoke and folklore shows.

The hotel offers a 24 hour reception, bank with foreign currency exchange, various bars, one Arabian Cafe, a restaurant, snack bar/pizzeria (at the beach) and a creperie. The complex is located next to the sandy beach where can guests can relax on the sun loungers and parasols available to hire. Midoun is approx 5 km away and there is an 18 hole golf course approx 2 km away.

The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers, salads, pancakes, fruit and ice cream are available between 15:00 & 18:00. There is also tea & coffee time with cakes taking place every afternoon. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, beer, soft drinks, cocktails, spirits, hot drinks (tea, coffee), etc are served from 09:00-01:00 in all bars.

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, fitness, mini-golf (all for one hour/day, upon reservation at the reception), beach volleyball, aqua-gym, aerobics, bowls, ping pong, darts, hammam (once weekly upon reservation) as well as windsurfing, canoes, banana-boat and water-ski (upon previous reservation).
