The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, laundry facilities, internet access, lift access, currency exchange, shops, medical assistance and hair dressers.

There is an outdoor swimming pool, fun pool with slides, sun terrace with loungers and spa centre which offers many health and beauty treatments, sauna, Turkish bath and massages.

There is a games room with billiards, electronic games, play-station and air hockey plus for the younger children the hotel offers a kids pool, play area, mini club and evening mini disco.

Further facilities include beach volleyball, aerobics, table tennis, tennis court, waters ports and fitness facilities.

The hotel has a buffet style main restaurant which offers a variety of local and international dishes. There is also a Fish restaurant, beach snack bar and pastry shop. There is also an American bar, lobby bar and pool bar.

The accommodation consists of 270 guest rooms with standard rooms, family rooms and family suites available. Standard facilities include en suite bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, telephone, mini bar, safe, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel is situated next to it's own private beach approx 6 km from the centre of Side. The resort is situated approx 55 km from the airport.
