The hotel welcomes via the lobby which houses a 24-hour reception desk with check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and there is lift access to the upper floors. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, auditorium, casino, games room, room and laundry services (fees apply) and there is WLAN internet access (fees apply).

Guests may take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. There is a lazy river that glides through the resort.
