There are 7 large pools including a large, complimentary main Great House pool, 3 cold plunge pools and 22 Jacuzzis. Changing rooms with toilets and showers are provided. In both fully air-conditioned fitness centres, with the latest equipment, guests will find 4 dry saunas and there are 2 steam rooms in Red Lane Spa (manor). Fitness instructors offers courses.

There are also numerous sporting opportunities including volleyball, basketball, tennis (day and night), squash and badminton, shuffle-board, climbing, table tennis, billiards, chess on grass, darts and board games; water sports include windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, glass-bottom boating, snorkelling, catamaran sailing, diving (complimentary for guests with a PADI certificate, others for an added fee).

Additional facilities include 24 hour reception, gift shops, laundry facilities and currency exchange.

There are a total of 11 restaurants including Italian, Oriental, Caribbean and International a la carte restaurants, 10 bars including piano bar, disco bar and swim up pool bars.

All the rooms and suites include an en suite bathroom, a hair-dryer, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio alarm and a hire safe. In addition, there is individual air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a king-size bed, ironing set and a coffee machine. The Concierge rooms additionally offer a four-poster bed, a mini-bar and a fridge, as well as a CD player and bathrobes.
