The hotel complex is located 350 m from the beach and approximately 27 km from the airport.

The hotel amenities include 3 swimming pools (2 for adults and 1 for children), a restaurant, a cafe/bar, jacuzzi, tennis court, playground, pool table, table-tennis, canoes and mountain bikes, as well as daily entertainment and 2 professional shows per week.

The studios (2-3 people) consist of fully-equipped kitchenette, microwave oven, bed-sitting room, complete bathroom with hairdryer, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, DVD/CD, safety-deposit box (extra charge) and air conditioning. The apartments (2-4 people) include a separate bedroom.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 08:00-10:30, lunch 13:00-14:30 and dinner 19:00-21:00, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are offered. A variety of snacks such as sandwiches, pizzas, biscuits, sweets, ice cream, etc are available from 11:00-12:30, 15:00-16:30 & 21:30-23:00 near the pool area. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, gin, whiskey cream, vermouth, liqueur, juices, coffee, espresso, cocktails, etc are served between 10:00 & 23:00 at the two hotel bars as well as cool drinks at the beach bar.

Leisure facilities include table tennis, tennis, canoes, mountain bikes, darts, etc. and entertainment programmes for both adults & children including two professional shows per week.
