The hotel is located 3 km from Monastir airport.
The Saadia Hotel offers an outdoor pool, separate children's pool, indoor pool, aerobics, table tennis, billiards, darts and video games. For children there is a mini club (with entertainment team) and children's playground.
The hotel is just a short stroll from the beach and the hotel offers a regular shuttle service to the hotels own beach where guests will find sunbeds and parasols, a shower and toilet. Watersports and beach games are available at the beach.
All of the hotels guestrooms are twin bedded, with an extra sofa, individual controlled air conditioning (15 June to 15 September), bathroom, telephone, a satellite TV (on request, local charge), safety deposit box (on request, local charge) and balcony or terrace.
The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (6.30 am to 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 8.30 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks (crepes, sandwiches, cheese pastries, pizza slices, pasta, cakes etc) are available from 10 am to noon, 3 pm to 5 pm and 10 pm to 11 pm at the snack bar (rotating menu). The drinks All Inclusive programme offers mineral water, fruit juices, soft drinks, draught beer, wine, spirits (boukha, thibarine), cocktails (punch, sangria, fruit cocktails) and non alcoholic cocktails between 10 am and midnight.
The All Inclusive facilities at the hotel include tennis, hammam, Turkish bath (reservation required), fitness centre (reservation required), volleyball, five a side football, mini golf, French bowls, archery, pedaloes and windsurfing (April to November, reservation required at the beach).
