Facilities at the hotel include a reception, mini market, laundry facilities, on call doctor, hair dressers, parking and shuttle bus to the beach.

There is a swimming pool with slides, a children's pool, sun terrace with loungers and parasols, children's play ground and a games room. The hotel also provides Turkish bath, sauna and massage (local charges apply).

Meals can be taken in the buffet style restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and there is also a snack bar and a poolside bar.

The rooms are bright and homely. All rooms have new shower cabins, hair-dryer, telephone, satellite TV with Eurosport and BBC, music system, mini-refrigerator, a mini-bar that can be filled on request (extra charge), air-conditioning, and WC. Family rooms have one standard room, bathroom, living room with seating and balcony.

The beach is 600m away, city centre 500m away, Bodrum 5km away. Bodrum Airport is approx 38km from the resort. The resort has no lift and many steps so is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:30-21:30), all buffet style, during meals raki, vodka, gin, brandy, beer, wine and all soft drinks are served (all local). Snacks 14:00-16:30 at the pool bar. Coffee & tea with cake 17:00 & 18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, tea, coffee, mineral water, etc are served from 08:00-23:00 at the pool bar.
