The hotel has a lobby with a reception, a safe (local charge) and a currency exchange desk. Further facilities include a bar, a pub, a TV room, a games room and an air-conditioned restaurant. Moreover, room and laundry services are also available.

The complex is made up of the Elenite Holiday Village, Royal Park Hotel and Royal Bay Hotel (facilities at these hotels are for residence only, but guests can use all facilities within the complex).

Please note that the Aquapark does not open during the months of May and late September/October. Loungers and parasols are payable locally.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals local spirits, beer, wine, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner with prior reservation are three A la Carte restaurants; BBQ, Bulgarian, European. Snacks such as pizza, hot dogs and sandwiches are available between 11:00 & 17:00 at the pizzeria (pizzas), the snack ship (hot dogs & sandwiches) and the pool bar (hot dogs). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like vodka, rum, whiskey, gin, soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee, tea, mineral water, etc are served at the lobby bar (09:00-24:00), the pool bar (10:00-17:00), the animation hall (20:00-24:00), the night club (22:00-24:00) and the coffee shop (10:00-22:00).

Sport facilities at the hotel include beach volleyball, tennis, air rifle, mountain bikes, aerobics, stretching, fitness, billiards, table tennis, pedaloes, boccia, water ball, Pilates gymnastics, darts, Bulgarian lessons as well as evening entertainment with shows, children animation and Kindergarten for kids aged 4-12 yrs (10:00-12:00 & 15:00-17:00).

Chargeable extras - Imported drinks, bowling, mini golf and tennis equipment are available at a charge.

Please note that some facilities are shared with the Elenite Holiday Village and may not be located in the Royal Bay.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
