Rosamar Aparthotel are set around a central sun terrace with a swimming pool, children's pool, loungers and parasols. Further leisure facilities include a games room, darts, pool and table tennis tables, archery, shuffleboard and rifle shooting.

The restaurant offers buffet meals at all services and there is also a lounge bar, social lounge, TV lounge and an entertainment programme with daytime activities, games and evening shows.

The complex has a launderette, an internet corner and parking spaces. Services include 24 hour reception, currency exchange, internet access, babysitting services, luggage room, bike hire, medical assistance, car hire and parking facilities.
