The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, Internet access, currency exchange, lift access, conference facilities, laundry and parking. There is also a lobby bar, pool bar, beach snack bar, main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants provided on site for guests.

There is a swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, games room, TV lounge, entertainment programme and for the younger guests the hotel provides a separate children's pool, play ground and kids club. Baby sitting service is also available upon request (local charge).

The accommodation consists of standard rooms, family rooms, suites and accessible guest rooms which are each provided with an en suite bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, hair dryer, mini bar and a balcony or terrace. Guests are also given towel cards for beach towels.

The hotel is set next to the beach approx 12 km from the centre of Side and 18 km from Manavgat. The airport is approx 60 km away.
