The hotel is right in the thriving tourist resort of Mellieha and across the road from one of the main sandy beaches of the Island. The hotel is not situated on the sandy side of the road, but on the other side of the road, therefore there is the main road separating the hotel from the beach.

Always a focal point in a great resort hotel is the swimming pool, and Le Lagune outdoor pool and sun deck provides a great place to relax. Meanwhile, inside the Atrium Health & Fitness Spa, there is a Roman-themed heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi (both closed in August), a steam bath and sauna, hydrotherapy bath, massage parlour, gym, and various rooms for a selection of relaxing facial and body treatments.

All 285 Rooms, spread over five floors, offer private bathroom with bath and shower, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, direct-dial telephone, television, hair-dryer, mini-bar, safety deposit box (payable locally), and central heating. Rooms face either L-Ghadira Bay or Mellieha village and its surrounding countryside, and all offer balcony or terrace. Some noise from traffic outside might be evident.
