The hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception, lifts, business services, internet access, banquet facilities, conference room and concierge services. There is also a health spa, fitness facilities, medical assistance and valet parking. The hotel also provides a bar and restaurant as well as event catering. Further facilities include child care, computer rental, gift shop, tour assistance and limo or town car service.

The hotel provides 259 guest rooms over 33 floors. Each of the elegant guest rooms are provided with air conditioning, TV with cable/satellite, DVD player, internet access, multi line phones and voice mail. Each guest room is provided with a private bathroom with separate bath and shower, bathrobes and designer toiletries.

There is also a work desk, mini bar, in room safe, iron and ironing board (on request) and extra towels and bedding. Housekeeping and turn down service is also provided. Infant cots are also available upon request.
