Situated in a peaceful and residential area of Rincon de Loix and just a short distance from Benidorm's Levante Beach. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The area may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the location.

Alicante airport is approx 64km from the resort of Benidorm.
