Each semi-detached three storey villa has satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, 3 or 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and oven.

The villas are located next to the Plaza del Duque shopping centre and around 500m from the sandy beach of Playa del Duque.

Tenerife South Airport is approx 20km away.
