The hotel consists of 145 rooms which are spread over 6 floors. All rooms feature a private bathroom with hairdryer, cable TV and in room safe. Additionally there is an iron/ironing board and coffee maker.

Non smoking rooms and rooms with a view are subject to availability on check-in.

The hotel is positioned across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and its waterside promenade where there is a choice of bars and restaurants. The hotel is 5km fro the main downtown area with shops and entertainment.

Miami International airport is approx 80km from the Florida Keys.
