The apartment is south facing on the ground floor and comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms, kitchen with microwave, washing machine, a combined lounge and dining room, satellite TV (Astra 1/2), DVD & CD music system and air conditioning (main living area and master bedroom). Both the living room and master bedroom open on to a covered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the private garden, with 2 sunbeds and 4 beach chairs.

Both the town centre and old town are a 10 minute stroll away, Alicante and Valencia airports are about an hours drive and there are 6 golf courses within a 40-minute drive of the apartments.
