The hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception desk, hairdresser, jewellery shop, variety of shop and internet room. There is a restaurant with terrace, Japanese restaurant, poolside restaurant, pizzeria, lobby bar and terrace, poolside bar and a beach bar. The hotel provides a swimming pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, sun terrace, casino, Spa with beauty and massage treatments, sauna, gym, table tennis, 4 tennis courts in the Riu resort, water sports, daytime and evening entertainment programme. All meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch and dinner); buffet style. Unlimited local and imported beverages served 24 hours a day; drinks service at the pool; access to all bars within the Riu Resort (excluding "Pacha" night club and Riu Palace Punta Cana) and mini bar.

Variety of sports and activities including table tennis, workout, water polo, volleyball, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts in the Riu Resort, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, pedaloes, body board, snorkelling equipment and 1 introductory scuba diving lesson in the pool.

All hotel guests are required to wear an "all inclusive" wristband for identification purposes.
