The hotel is located in the Playa Dorada area, 15 km from the airport.
The Puerto Plata Village Hotel includes a swimming pool, children's pool, 4 tennis courts (daylight) and laundry service.
The hotel offers 46 master suites and theses are roughly twice the size of other rooms and provide an ample sitting area, wide French doors that lead to a private veranda and gardens. The hotel also has 216 simply furnished superior rooms that offer a private balcony and two double beds. There are 124 standard double rooms (no balcony). All of the guestrooms benefit from individually controlled air conditioning, cable TV, radio channel, private bathroom and safety deposit box (local charge).
The All inclusive programme offers all guests a welcome cocktail. Breakfast, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served buffet style in the Altamira Cafeteria. Lunch is also available at the beach grill, dinner at Quinta Cupey (Oriental/Indian), La Regola (Italian) or La Pinata (Mexican). The pizzeria is available to guests from 11 am to 6 pm and from 11 pm to 7 am. Snacks (pizza, hot dogs etc) are served at the La Regoletta pizzeria from 11 am to 6 pm. The All Inclusive drinks are available at El Malecon pool bar, Guananico pub and bar (24 hours), the lobby bar (11 am to 11 pm), Ambrosia disco (11 pm to 2 am), El Arenazo beach bar (10 am to 5 pm) and the swim up pool bar (11 and to 5 pm) and includes all locally produced drinks and cocktails.
The All Inclusive sports facilities at the hotel include a daily programme of activities, daily programme of activities for children in the kids club, unlimited non motorised watersports (windsurfing, kayaking, sailboats etc) and there is a nightly entertainment programme with staff and guest participation as well as free entrance to the Ambrosia disco.

All Inclusive General Information
Please note that guests are provided with a plastic identity bracelet that must be worn at all times. Upon arrival guests receive a ticket for each one of the a la carte restaurants. Reservation for these is required in advance (8 am to 11 am) and there is a dress code for the speciality restaurants (casual, no shorts or tank tops).
