The hotel has a reception desk which is open Mon-Fri 8:00-15:00, Sat 9:00-13:00 and closed on Sundays, security guard on duty for late arrivals, maid service, swimming pool, sun terrace, hot tub and snack bar.

There is a choice of studios, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments all of which have an en-suite bathroom, kitchen, safe (rented from reception), TV, telephone, ceiling fan, and some may have views over the marina.

The hotel is approx 150m from the beach and other nearby activities include water skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, boating, and fishing.

Tenerife South Airport is approx 29km from the resort and Tenerife North Airport is approx 86km from the resort.
