The Puente Romano Hotel offers 3 open air pools (one heated in winter), separate infants' pool, sun beds and towels. The hotel offers the Puente Romano Tennis and Fitness Club that provides eight clay tennis courts, two hard tennis courts, a fitness room equipped with the latest fitness technology, sauna, Turkish baths, massages, physical tests, golf lessons and a coffee shop. From June to September there are a large selection of water sports (kayaks, water skiing, parasailing, catamarans, windsurfing etc) available at the beach. The hotel can also organise fly fishing (with lessons), horseriding and golfing (with lessons).
The hotel offers a shopping arcade with bank, hairdressers, fashion boutiques, florist, newsagent, gift shop, car rental, 24 hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning, babysitting and in-house medical attention.

The hotel offers three restaurants and two bars. The Cafe El Puente specialises in French and Mediterranean cuisine. The La Plaza restaurant offers Mediterranean and International cuisine and offers Flamenco, Jazz and piano shows in the summer. The Roberto Ristorante (at the Beach Club) is the hotel's deluxe a la carte Italian and Mediterranean restaurant. Bar La Piscina is at the main pool and serves a continental breakfast and refreshing lunch dishes and drinks. The Beach Club offers a bar and serves a buffet lunch (salads, seafood and local pastries). The bar/restaurant Chiringuito/Suite del Mar is located by the beach and offers a variety of dishes and the Suite del Mar is one of Marbella's hotspots in July and August. The Suite del Mar offers a relaxed ambience for dinner with drinks under the stars and a live DJ. Lastly, Bar Cascada is comfortable and spacious and allows guests to enjoy a drink while listening to live piano music and live jazz music every Wednesday.
The hotel offers 293 demi suites and deluxe suites and all are located among the sub tropical gardens in 27 small storied low rise Andalusia style buildings. The suites are designed to offer privacy and total rest and each is named after an Andalusian town. All of the suites benefit from air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone, high speed internet access, electronic safe, private bathroom, hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries and a private balcony or terrace.
