The facilities available to guests includes reception, satellite TV lounge, swimming pool, children's pool and sun loungers. There is a pool snack bar/restaurant, internet access and parking. The complex also has a lift and disabled access.

President Hotel Apartments consist of 63 rooms in total, 59 studios and 4 apartments. Studios are suitable for 2-3 people with either 3 single beds or one double and one single bed/sofa-bed.

All the studios and apartments have a kitchenette with all utensils, fridge and kettle, bath/shower room, 24hr hot-water, safe deposit box (local charge) and air conditioning (local charge, available in most rooms).

Most guest rooms have either a balcony or terrace. Daily maid service is provided and linen is changed every second day. Iron and ironing board are also available upon request.

The hotel is situated just 500m from the resort centre, where there is a variety of bars, clubs and restaurants, while the beach is only 150m.

Zante Airport is approx 7km from the resort of Laganas.
