This non smoking hotel offers a lobby with 24-hour reception with currency exchange service, meeting rooms and internet access. In addition there is a business centre and parking for those arriving by car.

There is a large outdoor swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The private beach also provides sunbeds. There is a children's pool for the younger guests.

Guests can dine at the Burger and BBQ restaurant or the beach snack bar. Continental breakfast is served daily.

For the active, there is an on-site water sports rental shop offering a range of boat rides, waterskiing and daily excursions. (Fees may apply).

Other services include a fitness facility, games room with billiards and choice of gift shops.

The hotel does not have a lift.

The hotel comprises of 196 rooms, poolside cabanas and beach bungalows.

Each room type comes furnished with a private bathroom, flat screen cable TV and complimentary WiFi internet access.

Standard rooms feature a king size or two queen size beds. Poolside cabanas are on the main level of the hotel next to the pool and also offer a fridge.

Beach bungalow rooms have a king size bed, lounge area and have a verandah overlooking the pool. These are positioned on the second floor.

The hotel is set in a prime beach front area on St Petes beach. Johns Pass Fishing and Shopping Village with its vast choice of shops, bars and restaurants is nearby.

St Petes Beach is approx 44km from Tampa airport and approx 190km from Orlando Internatinal airport.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
