The hotel is set on the beachfront in the resort of
Platanias which is around 10km from the centre of Chania. There is a regular
local bus service providing easy access into Chania and the surrounding area.
Chania Airport is located 25km away.
Facilities
The hotel benefits from 5 large fresh water swimming pools
with separate children's paddling pools and sun-terraces. Complimentary
sun-loungers and umbrellas are available by the pools, though a fee applies for
use on the beach.
Facilities include a children's playground, kids club (ages
5-12yrs), fitness room, beach volleyball court, table tennis, billiards and
darts. There is also a Spa centre (with a local charges) offering indoor heated
pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, a wide range of massages, face and body
treatments, as well as a nails corner and hair-salon.
The hotel has a range of restaurants and bars, these include
the main buffet restaurant, a roof garden restaurant, a lobby bar, beach bar,
two pool bars and a roof garden bar.
Guest services include 24-hour reception, lobby lounge,
currency exchange, laundry services, medical assistance (on call), babysitting
(on request), wireless internet hot spots and a business centre. Conference
facilities are also available.
Rooms
Rooms are spread over four sections of the hotel, some of
which are located in bungalows. Standard room facilities include a marble
bath/shower room, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, internet access,
mini-fridge, satellite TV, air-conditioning and a balcony or terrace. For superior
room types, a safety deposit box is included in the rooms. However, all other
room types can use the free safety deposit box in reception. Some room types
also feature a fully equipped kitchenette.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
