The apartments have their own restaurant which is well known for it's fresh fish, Maltese and international dishes. There is well stocked mini-market nearby.

There is no swimming pool although the sea is very close to the property.

All rooms feature a private bathroom, balcony or terrace, ceiling fan and a basic kitchenette with cooking rings, fridge, toaster and kettle.

The apartments are situated on the main coast road in Xemija, just a few feet away from the bus stop with some of the area's most popular beaches, a variety of shops and bars are only a 10-15 minute bus ride away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
