The villas are located just 2 km from Aghios Nikolaos and 67 km from Heraklion airport.

Near the villas guests will find opportunities for watersports such as water skiing (lessons available), windsurfing, speedboat rides and tennis.

Transfer arrangements, car hire, private chambermaid, butler service, chef at breakfast or dinner, cook, babysitting, massage, Microsoft X-BOX and business facilities can al be arranged (local charge).

The reception is open seven days a week, 9 am to 6 pm, and daily cleaning can be arranged. There is a daily change of linen and towels. Upon arrival guests receive a free welcome pack that includes a bottle of wine, basket of fruit, coffee, tea, sugar, 1 litre milk and 1 litre of juice. Guests can order further supplies from reception at a local charge and there is a free delivery service available when purchasing supermarket essentials (upon request). Chefs can be hired at a rate of 30 Euro per hour on request and provide standard weekly breakfast and dinner menus.

The villas are either 110 square metres or 143 square metres and are set across two levels. They provide a spacious and comfortable living room with a working fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room and guest's toilet. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. The twin bedded room has a shower cubicle. The living room and bedrooms offer individually controlled air conditioning (with heating). In addition, in the villa's there is a television (living room 28 inch screen, bedroom 14 inch screen), individual satellite receiver, Dolby music digital system, DVD player, CD player, direct dial telephone, internet access, safety deposit box, first aid box, four ring hob with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, fruit squeezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, 100% fine bed linen, allergy proof pillows, bathrobes, sleepers, bath toiletries, hair dryer and make up mirror. There is private parking available.
