The facilities include a 24 hour reception with currency exchange, gym, cocktail bar, conference facilities, lounge, buffet restaurant, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with sunbeds, table tennis and Spa with beauty treatments. There is also internet services, daily and nightly entertainment programme, laundry service, hairdresser, beach bar, cafe, mini golf, pool bar, volleyball and TV lounge provided for guests. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

The hotel has 227 bedrooms in total, which come equipped with bathroom with hair dryer, satellite TV with more than 15 channels, telephone, mini-bar, air conditioning/heating and ceiling fan, safety deposit box (extra charge; paid locally) and balcony or terrace. The possibility to reserve communicating double rooms exists. (This option is ideal for families.)

Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:30-16:00) and dinner (19:00-22:30), all buffet style with show cooking, served in the main restaurant (non smoking area available). During meals water, beer, wine, soft drinks, etc are offered.

Both Los Arrayanes and Simbad restaurant serve buffet with show-cooking (one of them is only opened in peak season); buffet for children is available in Simbad restaurant.

Snacks such as tapas, Russian salad, sauce meat, cheese, etc are available from 11:00-13:00 at the pool bar.

All alcoholic and soft drinks are served from 08:00-24:00 at selected bars.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
