The hotel facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception, currency exchange counter, safe deposit box and lifts. The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:45-10:00, lunch 13:00-14:30 and dinner 18:45-21:30, all hot/cold buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Continental breakfast & snacks are also served from 10:30-12:00 at the bar lounge. During meals table wine, beer, water and soft drinks are offered. Snacks are available from 10:00-12:00 & 21:30-24:00 at the restaurant. Afternoon coffee & tea time with cakes or biscuits is between 16:00-18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, beer, soft drinks and cocktails are served from 10:00-24:30 at the bar lounge. Vintage wine & spirits are not included in the AI concept.

Within the complex massage (daily), scuba diving lessons, sauna (07:00-10:00), billiards, car & bike hire, Internet and Play Station are available at a charge.

An irremovable wrist-band is obligatory for identification of AI guests.
