The facilities available to guests includes a freshwater swimming pool with children's section and sunbathing area, a bar and a restaurant. There is also a mini market and reception, laundry and medical services. A variety of bars, shops and restaurants can be found nearby. Water sports can be found at the beach.

Guest rooms are pleasantly furnished and offer a bathroom with tub, terrace, a kitchen equipped with electric hob and fridge. In addition other amenities offered include a safety deposit box and satellite television for hire.

The apartments are located across the road from the La Concha beach, 300m from the Deiland Shopping Centre and bowling alley in the Playa Honda district which is approx 2 km from city centre of Arrecife.
