Guests are entitle to use the facilities at the Xuroy Hotel which is only 75m away which includes bar, restaurant, beach, swimming pool and children's pool.

There are 8, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, all of which feature a private bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen with fridge, living/dining room, Sat TV, safe and balcony.

The complex is a mere 100m from the small beach of Alcaufar and about 2km from the shops, bars and restaurants in the S'Algar area which are easily accessible by public transport. The capital city of Mahon is about 9km away.

The airport is approx 14km from the resort of Cala Alcaufar.
