The hotel facilities include elevators, registration/hospitality, tour desk, money exchange, laundry service (local charge) and a chapel. Conference facilities for up to 80 persons are available upon request. A local bus service connects the hotel to town and to the Airport. Other services include special treatment for honeymooners, birthdays, wedding anniversaries (exclusively for the celebrating person).

The Peninsula Hotel offers 250 double rooms and 16 family rooms. All of which are equipped with Cretan décor, a private bathroom, balcony or terrace, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning and a radio.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-09:45), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast coffee, tea and juices are offered; during lunch & dinner, wine from the barrel, draught beer, natural water and soft drinks (lemonade, coca cola, fanta). Tea & coffee time with cake & biscuits is daily from 10:00-17:00 at the tavern/snack bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, tequila, brandy, ouzo, raki, long drinks, draught beer, wine from the barrel, soft drinks, tin juices, coffee and tea are served till 23:00 at the snack bar (10:00-17:00, weather permitted), the pool bar (17:00-01:30, weather permitted), and the lobby bar (17:00-01:30, in low season).

Sport and entertainment facilities at the hotel include pool games, coffee games, table tennis, tennis (prior reservation), darts, tournaments, competitions, selection of board games, volleyball, billiards (except 14:00-18:00), water ball, gymnastics, etc. There are also umbrellas & deck chairs around the swimming pool and on the plateau in the hotel area.

Chargeable Extras: Espresso coffee, the Pergola bar, the beach bar, all drinks after 23:00, Scuba diving courses, doctor or medical services, car rental, telephone, fax, email service, safety deposit boxes, mini market and umbrellas & deck chairs at the public beach are available at a charge.

The AI guests must wear the special bracelet in order to benefit the AI concept. All drinks are self service.
