This 4-storey hotel comprises a total of 10 lodgings, of which 2 are suites and 8 are apartments. All apartments are modernly decorated and equipped with kitchen, microwave, air conditioning, hairdryer, hire safe, modem and Internet access. The suites also have a separate living room and terrace.

The centre of Madrid is around 3.5 km from the hotel and takes around 10 minutes with public transport. A stop for public transport is located just 250 m from the hotel and Madrid's airport is around 5 km from the hotel.
