Spread over 2 floors, all 25 studios and apartments come furnished with twin beds, open plan kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony. Studios sleep 1/3 guests and apartments sleep 2/4 guests.

Please note that all accommodation can either be located in the main building or in an adjacent block 50 metres away from the main building.

Set in an elevated position and just a three minute walk from the resort centre with its choice of lively bars, shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is only a ten minute walk away.

Larnaca airport is approx 45km from the resort of Ayia Napa.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
