The hotel welcomes guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities and lift access. In addition there is WLAN internet access (fees apply), laundry service, late night room service and car park.

Guests can enjoy breakfast in the dining room which also has a outdoor terrace or take an evening meal in the restaurant offering Thai and Chinese dishes. There is also a pool bar.
