The complex offers 2 outdoor fresh water swimming pools, a children's pool, children's playground, sun terrace with umbrellas and sun beds, table tennis, pool tables and daily animation programme with different sporting activities (selected activities are payable locally). There is a 24 hour reception, money exchange, laundry service, safety deposit box rental, car rental, Wi-Fi and internet access (local charge).

The hotel offers the restaurant Vienna which serves breakfast and dinner buffet style. The Surf Bar offers a large range of snacks during the day and evening and entertainment is available for guests enjoyment in the evening here too.

At the complex, all units on the ground floor have a large terrace and the ones on the upper floor have a balcony. All units offer a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and two cooking rings, TV (local charge), telephone, full bathroom with bath/shower, WC and safety deposit box (local charge)

Please note that baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.
